He is to me — King Jesus

The ultimate position of honor and glory belongs to King Jesus.

Revelation 11:15 NET Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign for ever and ever.”

He is King Jesus to me.

Revelation 19:6 NKJV  And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!”

While John was on the Isle of Patmos, he was given this wonderful revelation of Jesus Christ as King of Kings.

Revelation 1:8 NKJV Jesus declared: “I am the ALPHA and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “Who is and Who was and WHO is to come, the Almighty.”

Revelation 1:17–18 NIV84 Then He said: Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.

Jesus Christ our King conquered the enemy called DEATH, and arose triumphant. Luke testified in Acts 1:3 that “Jesus presented Himself alive after His suffering with many infallible proofs, being seen by them forty days.”  During that process, Jesus was seen by Cephas, then the twelve, after that over 500 brethren saw Him at once and then James and all the apostles and last of all by Paul the Apostle. (1 Corinthians 15:4-8). Later on the Isle called Patmos, John saw Christ in heaven on His throne and reigning in great power and glory.

The LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT REIGNS.

When the Lord was crowned King of Kings, John heard loud voices in heaven. Jubilant praises of angels and all the hosts of heaven rang out.

Revelation 11:15-17 NIV84 “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign for ever and ever.” And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God saying: “We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign.”

Jesus Christ is King.

God omnipotent reigns in majesty and great power, let the whole earth rejoice.

Jesus Christ is King of Kings and He is already Lord of all.

  • When Jesus defeated and disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in the cross, (Colossians 2:15)
  • When He arose in victory far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, God put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, (Ephesians 1:22).
  • When God the Father received Christ back into glory, He gave Him a name that is above all names.

God the Father has crowned Him King and Lord of all.

He gave Him power over all.

Colossians 1:19 NET For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in the Son.

Jesus Christ is King to me.

Paul had a vision of Christ as King and Lord of all.

Ephesians 1:19-23 NKJV He spoke about, “the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

  • JESUS is no longer a babe in a manger.
  • He is no longer the carpenter from Galilee.
  • He no longer is despised and rejected by men.
  • He is not still hanging on a cross in agony and distress.

He is the King of Glory.

  • He arose from the grave in resurrection power.
  • He ascended to His everlasting throne.
  • He took all power and dominion.
  • He is ruling and reigning over all the universe.

The Lord God Omnipotent Reigns.

Colossians 2:15 AMP [God] disarmed the principalities and powers that were ranged against us and made a bold display and public example of them, in triumphing over them in Him and in it [the cross].

As a result of Christ’s victory, there was a celebration in heaven.

Revelation 12:10 NIV84 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.”

King Jesus reigns.

He reigns in all His awesome power and glory with all of the hosts of heaven worshiping at His feet.

Jesus is King!

  • He is God’s Son and the Son of Man.
  • He is the sinner’s Savior and the breath of life.
  • He is self-existent and self-efficient.
  • He is unparalleled and He is unprecedented.
  • He is undisputed and He is undefiled.
  • He is unsurpassed and He is unshakeable.
  • He is the miracle of the ages.
  • He is the doorway of deliverance and the pathway to peace.
  • He is the roadway of righteousness and the gateway to glory.
  • He is the highway to happiness.
  • His goodness is limitless, His mercy is enough and His grace is sufficient.
  • His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
  • He is the Lion and the Lamb.
  • He is Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and He is the End.
  • He is the First and He is the Last.
  • He is the King of kings and Lord of lords.

Praise HIM!! His limitless love cannot be measured and His supplies are limitless. He was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was laid on Him and by His stripes we are healed.

PRAISE HIM!!!

Jesus Christ is King of Kings and He is Lord of all.

“Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.” Too often we are blind to the present glory of Christ’s reign. He has conquered all His enemies and He is the reigning King. He is filled with all of the glory of God and He holds all power. Something powerful happens to us when we behold Christ in His glory and power.

2 Corinthians 3 tells us what happens to us when we begin to see Jesus as He really is in His glory. 2 Corinthians 3:16 NIV84 But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 2 Corinthians 3:18 NKJV But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

The Holy Spirit begins transforming and conforming us into His image from glory to glory. His glory begins to be revealed in us by the Holy Spirit. It is important for the bride of Christ to continue looking into the face of Jesus Christ. When your eyes remain on Christ, the Holy Spirit will bring His glory down into your life. The glory of Jesus Christ in our lives will make a huge difference in us. He will change us into the image of Christ in His glory.

What is He doing in you?

  • Has he forgiven your sin, healed and helped?
  • Has He comforted and carried?
  • Has He lifted and loved?
  • Is He bringing you into victory and newness of life?

All the fullness of the Godhead is active in this on your behalf.

All of the power of heaven is working for you. He is cleansing the dirty and raising the spiritually dead. He is supplying strength for the weary and sympathy to the hurting. He is saving the hopeless, shielding the helpless and sustaining the homeless.

Our sovereign God rules and reigns on our behalf. Every Satanic attempt to touch us should initiate Spiritual indignation and cause us to proclaim VICTORY in JESUS. We are children of the King of this universe. His all-powerful name has been given to us. We are not weak and confused little children. We have been made mighty through God to pull down the strongholds of the enemy.

  • Do you believe He has brought you into His Kingdom?
  • Do you believe that He has taken dominion over all?
  • Do you believe that He reigns as Lord of all?
  • Do you believe He has overcome the devil and all the forces of darkness?
  • Do you believe He has conquered death, hell and the grave?

We must understand the impact this has on our lives! You do not have to live in defeat or desperation. You do not have to be a prey of the enemy.

The Psalmist David said… Psalm 99:1–3 NET The Lord reigns! The nations tremble. He sits enthroned above the winged angels; the earth shakes. The Lord is elevated in Zion; He is exalted over all the nations. Let them praise your great and awesome name! He is holy!

Elisha saw that army of the Lord. 2 Kings 6:17 Behold, the mountain around Elisha [was] filled with horses and chariots of fire.

When David saw the chariots of the Lord, he said: Psalms 68:17 The chariots of God are an unnumbered thousands and the Lord is among them.

He is the Lord of Hosts. All of the angels and chariots of heaven are at His command.

Psalm 24:7-10 NKJV Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah

What does it mean when He said, “The King of glory shall come in?” He is saying, “Look up for the reigning King of Glory is coming to your aid.”  He is encamped around and about your house. Victory is in His hands. All of the heavenly hosts are with Him and He has come conquering and to conquer.

If you are redeemed, you should give joyful and thunderous praise to Jesus our King.

HE IS THE KING OF GLORY.

The Lord of victory is in your midst!
